• Gather your parts
• Clean bearing pockets with Acetone and put a small drop of Loctite on them
• Install bearings using vise
• Clean inside of stator and mating area on motor mount with Acetone*
• Glue stator to motor mount with Loctite 609 or 242 (blue)
• Set aside to dry

• Mark the can for magnets (get curved magnets HERE)
• Glue magnets in (see separate instructions HERE)

• Clean shaft and can with Acetone*
• Mark shaft at 34mm from the tip of the 2mm end using Sharpie
• Put a drop of Loctite 609 on the shaft
• Press the shaft into the can from the magnet end
• Keep pressing until the mark is flush with the inside lip of the hole in the can
• Set aside to dry

• Wind the stator
• Terminate it in your favorite way

• Slide can/shaft into bearings
• Put a drop of loctite on 2mm end of shaft
• Press pinion onto shaft using the guide HERE
• Install motor in gearbox
